2. Right of Withdrawal (EU & International Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@whtrx.com before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- be unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- be in their original condition;
- include all original tags and packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially.
4. Non-returnable Items
We do not sell customized or made-to-order products.
However, returns are not accepted for:
- gift cards;
- items marked as final sale or non-returnable;
- items damaged due to improper use or handling.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
- processing time: up to 14 business days from the date of approval;
- transaction fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email at contact@whtrx.com, providing photo evidence.
In such cases, the seller will cover return shipping costs.

This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
